This villa is fantastically located for golf enthusiasts, close to everything, and everything within a short walk; the club house and Pro-Shop; the 1st Tee, the 18th Hole, the driving range and the Shuttle Bus stop. Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The club house, café and tapas bar, the Social Club café, bar and restaurant, and the Town Centre café, bars and restaurants (once completed) all will be a short walk away Beach: The Mediterranean is 25 minutes drive away, and the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor is 30 minutes drive away.
