Price Check: There is the CHEAPEST 'Key Ready' Villa Adarga at El Valle! The villa boasts luxury marble tiles through out. There is little in the entire region of Murcia to compare prices with at the over 1 million Euros level, but then this is no ordinary villa! Add in the fact that this is on a Polaris World Resort, with all of the services and facilites that this brings, and one is not buying 'just' a villa.
General Description of the Property: Stunning luxury Hunt Hamilton Zuch architect designed large detached 5 bedroom 5 bathroom villa with a large swimming pool, large terraces and a hot tub jacuzzi outside. The living accomodation is very large and the bedrooms are located in 3 separate wings. Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The club house, café and tapas bar, the Social Club café, bar and restaurant, and the Town Centre café, bars and restaurants (once completed) all will be a short walk away
Beach: The Mediterranean is 25 minutes drive away, and the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor is 30 minutes drive away. In addition Polaris World are going to build a fabulous Beach Club right at the very tip of the magnificent La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. This fabulous Beach Club will become available to all owners (and their guests) from ALL Polaris World Resorts, and a Polaris World Shuttle Bus will take them there! Our Personal Opinion: This is a truly stunning property with ‘Wow-Factor’! Fantastically located and very well appointed, and located on El Valle, Polaris Worlds jewel in the crown! This is a ‘MUST SEE’ property for the discerning buyer. Once the shopping area and the hotel are complete our opinion is that villas here will increase in value. Also, just in case the villa is not large enough (!) the outside covered areas lend themselves to be converted into additional rooms (at very low cost).
