Our Personal Opinion: This is a truly stunning property with ‘Wow-Factor’! Fantastically locatedover looking the 14th and the 13th and the large lake with south facing views at an extraordinary price, the only one for sale at El Valle at over 100,000 euros leass than similar properties in this location, on the Polaris Worlds jewel in the crown golf resort. This is a ‘MUST SEE’ property for the discerning buyer. Once the shopping area and the hotel are complete our opinion is that villas here will increase in value. Also the outside covered areas lend themselves to be converted into additional rooms (at very low cost). We are able to show you modified Alcor's on the resort to show you even more potential !
