Our Personal Opinion: If you want a quality townhouse or apartment that is large enough to spend more than just a week in then Albamar is the place for you! The properties are all larger than the usual Spanish norm, and all come with the customary EuroMarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high. As with all Euromarina developments Albamar ‘ticks all the right boxes’ so if you want somewhere with it all, in a ‘human scale’ development, next to a town rather than somewhere ‘out in the sticks’ then this certainly is it! And whilst many builders will put in a swimming pool, some grass and a few palm trees, Albamar is set around wonderful communal gardens with numerous swimming pools, some interconnecting with waterfalls!
