Price Check: 1 million Euros goes a long way in Murcia and these villas are a “lot of house for the money”. On a quality and exclusivity basis to answer the value for money question, two other locations come to mind. One is The La Manga Club, here in Murcia but inland, where size-for-size a similar sized property would cost at least double the cost of these villas (and of course they would not be front line beach), and the other is on the Costa Del Sol, where a similar size and similar positioned villa could be priced at twice, three times or even more.
General Description of the Property: There are just 6 stunning villas in this tiny, exclusive development. The rear of each villa, the terraces, garden and swimming pool all face west, securing the sun all day long. At the end of each rear garden is a gate directly onto the sandy beach of the Mar Menor. Each villa is unique. Each is different and exclusive in design. The 6 plots range from 650 square meters to almost 1,200 square meters with a built area of between 267 and 303 square meters. Rental Potential: Not known, but anticipated to be exceptional! But Polaris World spends millions on TV advertising (€18 million budget for 2008). They are creating the interest.
