Our Personal Opinion: These properties are unashamedly aimed squarely at the first time buyer who is more interested in how large a property their money will buy and less interested in the views and location, yet even so some apartments here have front line golf views over the 9th tee, fairway and hole. And many of the attractions of a premier Polaris World Resort are just behind the apartments and within easy walking distance including the 5-Star Intercontinental Hotel and the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The beautiful Mar Menor Sea is a short drive away as is the Murcia (San-Javier) airport so the location of these properties is excellent.
