General Description of the Area: The Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort, as seen on British TV! Placed against a backdrop of mountains, inland but with views towards the coast, set within the region of Murcia is El Valle. “The Most exclusive Polaris development to date”, “a true landmark of design” and “set in a stunning valley location”. Different to the other Polaris developments as it has S-P-A-C-E. Set in 1,100,000 square meters of undulating land are around 330 detached luxury villas and around 360 apartments, set around a Jack Nicklaus golf course. The Jack Nicklaus golf course opened in August 2007. The very grand Social Club at the heart of the Resort opened in the Summer of 2008 with its cafe, bar, snack bar, restaurant, Irish bar (with weekend entertainment), gym (residents only), Pro-Shop with golf club facilities and a general store open 7 days a week. A town centre with a hotel, spa etc., are planned. Security is of the utmost importance with a perimeter wall, 24 hour 7 days a week on-site security, CCTV and control on access, as El Valle is where the President of Polaris World himself lives! The open areas have been designed by the American company EDSA. The grounds have elegant palm trees; hundred year old olive trees, wide open spaces and children’s play areas. The word ‘luxury’ is used extensively by Polaris when they refer to El Valle, but this is the “most exclusive Polaris development to date”.

Golf: Polaris opted for the best golfer in the World, Jack Nicklaus, to design their courses. There are only 10 Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses in the whole of Europe … and 9 Jack Nicklaus courses are on Polaris World Resorts. The El Valle Jack Nicklaus course is a masterpiece which fits into the overall jigsaw, in that the ‘buy on one, play on all’ concept allows owners and their guests to play on all 9 of the Jack Nicklaus courses on the ‘Nicklaus Golf Trail’. 6 courses are open, 3 more are to be built, 3 of which are ‘Bear’s Best’ courses, and all 9 are within a 25 km radius of El Valle. A Polaris shuttle bus serves them all. Owners secure discounted green fees. The Polaris slogan “Polaris World offers the best golf opportunity in Europe” seems, if anything, to be an understatement. This property is fantastically located for golf enthusiasts, close to everything, and everything within a short walk; the club house and Pro-Shop; the 1st Tee, the 18th Hole, the driving range and the Shuttle Bus stop.
Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The very grand Social Club at the heart of the Resort opened in the Summer of 2008 with its cafe, bar, snack bar, restaurant, Irish bar (with weekend entertainment), gym (residents only), Pro-Shop with golf club facilities and a general store open 7 days a week. A town centre, hotel, spa etc., are planned. Outside of the Resort are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within a short drive. The regions capital Murcia city is 17 minutes drive away and the ancient city port of Cartagena is 20 to 25 minutes drive away (see 'Places of Interest' in the right hand menu on the home page for details).
Beach: The Mediterranean is 25 minutes drive away, and the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor is 30 minutes drive away. In addition Polaris World have planned to build a fabulous Beach Club right at the very tip of the magnificent La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. This fabulous Beach Club will become available to all owners (and their guests) from ALL Polaris World Resorts, and a Polaris World Shuttle Bus will take them there! Hence owning a Polaris World property potentially becomes a ‘Golf AND Beach’ property prospect.
Our Personal Opinion: This is a well located, very well appointed and very attractively priced property, especially so at El Valle, Polaris Worlds jewel in the crown and now with a mortgage guaranteed (subject to status) this is a ‘MUST SEE’ property for the discerning buyer.
