Our Personal Opinion: This development exists, with both the 1st phase and the 2nd phase already built, so one can get a real feel for the place. And it feels really good. The properties are not all on top of one another, this is a development that ‘breathes’ easily, it has an airy feel, not crammed in, so it promises to be a really good development. The properties are keenly priced, well built from a developer who cares, really cares about the end result and pleasing the customer. There are nice touches to the properties, little details not seen on many other developments. This is designed to be a development on a human scale, one where there is a real chance of becoming part of a community, not just a resident in a massive sprawling urbanisation. It also offers the opportunity to integrate into the Spanish community and into the Spanish way of life, as the small town of San Cayetano is an easy walk away. With regards to this villa it is so keenly priced that it is a 'MUST SEE' property if it is within your price range.
