The highest positioned villas have views on one side to the La Marquesa golf course, and distant but panoramic views on the other down to the sea. The villas are designed in a contemporary modern style, and are exceptionally well priced for a development of this quality, so if you are looking for something a bit different, then these modern villas are impressive. Most villas face south west so not only have the amazing views but also the sun! Fantastically located just 10 minutes from the famous beaches of Guardamar del Segura. Whilst golfers and beach loving holidaymakers will undoubtedly be drawn to these villas, they have been designed for permanent living. For such a location and such keen prices it is no surprise that they are selling fast! If within your price range they represent a lot of property for the money, a real ‘Must See’ development.
