Close to the small Spanish town of Sucina with its shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, Church etc., it even has an English supermarket! The city of Murcia is 10 minutes drive. Beach: Just 10 minutes drive from the safe and sandy beaches of the beautiful Mar Menor (for more on the Mar Menor see the item ‘Mar Menor & La Manga’ in the left menu under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’). Our Personal Opinion: This has all of the hallmarks of becoming a great development. The prices are not so much ‘1st Phase’ low prices, they are more like ‘Pre-Launch’ prices they are so low. These really are a bargain for properties of this size, and especially so the villas, on such a quality development from such a well respected developer. If these properties are within your price range they are a MUST SEE, they represent such fantastic value for money. With all the planning in place and the 1st phase due to start in quarter 1 of 2008 these represent a good home for investors, buyers of holiday homes and those looking for a permanent residence.
