General Description of the Area: The complex is located on the fringes of the town of Quesada going down to and overlooking the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and just a very short drive from the wonderful beaches of Guardamar. There is something here for everybody, from apartments to townhouses to chalets to villas … and there are some really massive villas here, aimed squarely at the more discerning buyer. The usual Euromarina ‘signature’ is to be seen throughout; well built properties aimed at an international clientele, not just at the British community, so standards here are high. Dona Pepa I was finished over 4 years ago and there around 80% of the properties are lived in all year round, 20% are holiday homes, so this is a ‘real place’ as some call it, this is no ghost town out of season! Dona Pepa II is the name given to the entire complex, but within it are smaller, self contained developments, each with their own style, but all with the customary Euromarina ‘signature’.

Disabled/Mature Years Friendly?: There are no SENIOR prices on the price list BUT this villa is especially spacious and it is a bungalow so it might already be entirely suitable anyway. as can be seen from the photos there are steps leading up to the front door but there is room to have a ramp built and the villa has the 'smart system'(electrically operated window shutters that can be controlled independently but also all can be raised/lowered at one touch of a button) so making life easier and security that much tighter too.

Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The town of Quesada is within walking distance and it has numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, gym, social clubs etc. A luxury hotel and spa is within walking distance. The town of Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive and it has countless cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, hotels, a daily fish market, a huge weekly street market and in the summer months a nightly artisans market, a famous Church, 2 marinas, boat excursions, museums, theatres, cinemas, bowling alleys, countless sports facilities, a water park and is a generally a very bustling and lively place with residents living in and around it from most northern European countries. It is also very Spanish, having by far the greater proportion of its residents as native Spanards. Bus service to nearby towns. Located near to the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and within walking distance of it. Medical centre within 30 minutes drive. Numerous hospitals within 15 minutes drive. The regions capital city of Alicante is 30 minutes drive.
Beach: Located within 10 minutes drive of the fabulous beaches of Guardamar (for more information click on the item ‘Guardamar’ in the left menu under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’).
Our Personal Opinion: There is something here for everybody, from apartments through to really massive villas, all with the customary Euromarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high. Euromarina also own 4 huge land banks for special villas, and will build a bespoke property to a clients specification, one of the very few developers willing, and able to do so (prices range from €500,000 to €4million for these special villas). As with all Euromarina developments Dona Pepa II ‘ticks all the right boxes’ so if you want somewhere with it all, in a large development, next to a town rather than somewhere ‘out in the sticks’ then this certainly is it!
