This villa is fantastically located for golf enthusiasts, close to everything, all within a 5 to 6 minute walk; the club house and Pro-Shop; the 1st Tee, the 18th Hole, the driving range and the Shuttle Bus stop. Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The club house, café and tapas bar, the Social Club café, bar and restaurant, and the Town Centre café, bars and restaurants (once completed) all will be less than 5 to 6 minutes walk away. Once the shopping area and the hotel are complete our opinion is that villas here will increase in value. The owners are leaving approx. 20,000 Euros worth of furniture in the property, so the asking price represents excellent value for money.
