Introduction to Pueblo Patricia at Puerto Marina
Another excellent development! One of Euromarinas’ most luxurious residential developments yet with a wealth of architectural details. 21 low rise blocks of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and luxurious penthouses located within its own communal gardens with its own swimming pools. It is located on its own, near enough to ‘buzzy’ Los Alcazares to be within easy walking distance, yet far enough away to maintain its own identity, with a feeling of quiet calm, a place where the sound of birdsong fills the air. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, and even a luxury hotel. 

Our Personal Opinion
At spanish home 4U we pride ourselves in selecting the best properties in the best locations at the best prices, and this development certainly fits that bill! These are ‘MUST SEE’ apartments, situated in a booming and popular location within walking distance of everything that one needs for not only a holiday home but also for permanent living. This development ‘ticks all the right boxes’ and if you want somewhere with it all then this is certainly it!

Location and communications

• Located within walking distance of the beaches of the fabulous La Manga Strip (for more information click on the item ‘Mar Menor & La Manga’ under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’ in the left menu).
• Within 25 minutes driving distance of the Spanish town and port of Cartagena (for more information click on the item ‘Cartagena’ under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’ in the left menu).
• The regions capital city of Murcia is 30 minutes drive.
• 1 minutes drive of the main north/south motorway the AP7.
• 5 minutes drive of San Javier (Murcia) airport.
• Alicante airport about 45 minutes drive.
• The new Corvera airport, due to open in 2010 will be about 45 minutes drive away.

Developer
Euromarina were established in 1972 and have for over 36 years been at the forefront of quality building in this region of Spain every since. When some other builders were building exterior walls in a single bricks and no effective insulation Euromarina were leading the way with double cavity wall construction and with thermal insulation in the cavity. They are not a “pile them high and sell them quickly” impersonal builder, they are a high quality builder with a ‘human face’, a company that simply oozes care and attention to personal needs. Even today they are still a family business, and no salesman here will hard sell anything to you – here a senior member of staff will sit down with you at their head office and discuss your needs and expectations. This is more a meeting of minds than a sales transaction! And doesn’t it feel so good afterwards, a real refreshing change nowadays!

But they are not just a builder of residential and holiday properties, they build commercial properties, shops and hotels too, and they pride themselves not just on the quality of construction, but on the quality of after sales service as well (which is just as important). SENIOR properties available?
There are no SENIOR prices on the price list BUT many of the apartments might already be entirely suitable anyway. All are quite spacious and some are very large. All are well designed. Added to this the ease of access generally with ramps as well as steps, the ramps into one of the swimming pools and the breadth of facilities near-by these apartments might be very suitable for the less able bodied and those of more mature years. Some apartment blocks also have lifts.
