So instead of doing what our competitors mostly do, for example driving clients around in Ford Focus type vehicles with the estate agents logos all over the vehicle, accommodating clients in 3-star hotels where evening meals are taken with all the other clients and all the other salesmen, where the dinner dress code seems to be shorts and T-shirts, we do things entirely differently. 

Most buyers spend 100,000 to 200,000 Euros, so maybe our competitor’s inspection trips are aimed at this level of spending, with property viewings often being reactive, not proactive. To them a client spending 350,000 Euros will be considered a B-I-G sale, but the overall package, the inspection trip will not change. Most competitors cannot ‘gear up’ even for a 500,000 Euros sale, so at 1 Million Euros level they are well below our league. 

So what does spanish home 4u do differently?
• We are already ‘geared up’.
• You will be driven around in a Porsche Cayenne 4x4 without company logos all over it. We are discrete.
• Your hotel is likely to be the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel or a little more discreet, the Thalasia Spa Hotel.
• Dinner is likely to be taken at the exclusive and discrete ‘La Encarnacion’ Restaurant or the 'La Finca Eduardos' Restaurant, where there is a dress code. 
• Your time with us will be on a genuine ‘One to One’ basis. Just you and us.
• Property viewings will be pre-arranged and proactive, not on-spec and reactive. 
• Before you leave the UK you will not be pre-screened by a telesales person with a target to talk with many callers within a set period of time. Either Andy Leach or Larry Warren will speak with you in person and we will know exactly what you want and exactly why you want it before you leave the UK. We will be ready for you.
• You will have the photo and the personal mobile telephone number of the person who is meeting you at the airport.
• You will not be driven around by ‘a rep’ with a ‘numbers game’, and an ‘if you don’t buy the next person will’ mentality. Being a successful business person you will want to be with a successful business person here in Spain who can relate to you, your needs and expectations. Both Andy and Larry had their own businesses in the UK prior to selling up and moving to Spain, and both now own spanish home 4u.
• You will be with someone already experienced in the 1 million Euros property market - this is not virgin territory for us. 

Anything else that spanish home 4u does differently?
• If to you discretion is paramount and if you do not want anyone to know then we are not going to tell - the need for discretion is understood. 
• Your time with us will be well spent with specific objectives set – your time is a precious commodity and we will respect that. 
• Having bought your property you might use it for more than the odd weekend here and there, so for example our experience of private schools might be helpful for your children. 
• You may decide to drive over, or even buy a car over here, so we can take you to the car dealers here. If you want a personal introduction to the Porsche dealer Director then we know him! 
• Maybe you have a boat and want to know where to berth it; Larry has a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and the old Mike Allen ‘A’ and ‘B’ pontoons at Alicante marina and the Thomas Maestro marina in the Mar Menor are personal favourites. Or maybe you would like to know where the best Spa treatments are - our wifes can tell you.
