This page is specifically for the owners of Polaris World properties, as Polaris World are going to build a fabulous Beach Club right at the very tip of the magnificent La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. So whilst the Beach Club is not a ‘Resort’ nor a ‘Development’ per se this page deserves its place in this section of the web site as this fabulous Beach Club will become available to all owners (and their guests) from ALL Polaris World Resorts. Hence owning a Polaris World property, built on a Jack Nicklaus golf course, automatically becomes a ‘Golf AND Beach’ property prospect. For those owners wishing to rent out their properties this extension to the services Polaris provides its property owners opens up the potential rental market considerably. And for the rest of us it just makes living life here in Spain even better! Play golf in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon in one of this regions most upmarket and exclusive Beach Clubs! Bliss! 

Polaris World are going to build 6 huge beach front villas (their Platinum Series of properties – for more information see ‘Polaris Platinum’ in the left menu under the bullet point ‘Resorts & Developments’) and next to these, right on the golden sandy beach with its gentle shallow waters will be built the Beach Club, facing the Mar Menor and next to the Nature Reserve. Polaris World already operates a Polaris World Shuttle Bus service between every one of the Resorts, and so owners and their guests can expect the shuttle bus to take them from their nearest shuttle bus stop, which as all of the Polaris World Resorts have numerous bus stops in them will make the journey there and back a pleasant and carefree one.
