Well you could say we have “put our money where our mouth is” as we own properties here ourselves, it is where we have ourselves chosen to buy holiday homes, and it is where we then decided to relocate to having left the UK. The 2 Costa’s each have their own identities. They offer different things to different people, and they each have a different ‘feel’ to them, so in this section of the website there is an introduction to each of them. In the left menu under the bullet point ‘The 2 Costa’s’ are headings ‘The Costa Blanca’ and ‘The Costa Calida’ – just click on whichever one is of interest. But, and it is a big but, the area that we specialise in is the northern Costa Calida and the southern Costa Blanca, and so owning a property here maybe offers the best of both worlds, because wherever you are here you will still be close enough to the other Costa to enjoy what both Costa's offer!
