Café bars and restaurants
• At the centre of Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort is planned to be the town centre ‘El Agora’, a town centre for the exclusive use of residents and their guests of Los Naranjos de Alhama. Plans include numerous café bars and restaurants, its own sports zone and its own Club House.
• At the centre of the Condado de Alhama is planned to be the Oasis, built in a Hispano-Arabic style. It has been designed as the largest sports and commercial complex in the whole Murcia region of Spain. So it will be massive! It is neither a typical town centre nor a traditional shopping centre, but an island of wide streets and spacious squares covering 100,000 square meters. It aims to evoke a bustling Arabic quarter with its palm trees and shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, offices and other services to be found here. At one end of the island is an independent island that houses the Banos de Alhama thermal baths, with their hot and cold indoor and outdoor pools, spa and sauna covering 7,000 square meters. At the centre of Condado de Alhama is the huge lake. A sheet of water covering 200,000 square meters, and beyond that the brilliant green of the golf courses. The water from the lake is channelled through the streets of the town centre to form ponds and fountains, and small piers jut out into the lake.
• Outside of the Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort are numerous other Resorts of the Condado de Alhama ‘Super Resort’, so countless leisure and sporting activities are planned to be here, very close by. This is a true ‘Super Resort’, the very first in this part of Spain.
