Introduction
The Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort ('The orange trees of Alhama') is named after the orange tree – this tree features throughout the Resort lining the streets and squares. Also called Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort and simply Los Naranjos de Alhama, the Resort sits within the ‘Super Resort’ of ‘Condado de Alhama’, what Polaris World calls “A World of Resorts”. The Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort is a self contained Resort in its own right. It is located at the northern end of the Polaris World Condado de Alhama Golf Resort and looks into the fabulous 950,000 square metres Jack Nicklaus ‘Signature’ 18 hole golf course. It is planned that it is to have its own town centre called ‘El Agora’ for the exclusive use of residents and guests of Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort and naturally it is planned to have its own Club House, its own sports areas and it will develop its own identity. Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort contains blocks of apartments facing into their own communal gardens and communal swimming pools, and along its boundary it has rows of private villas set in their own private grounds. There will be some stunning front line apartment blocks here all facing south west that will have fantastic views over the golf course, the lakes and hills into the Condado itself. The apartments are all at incredibly low prices and are exceptionally affordable, and the penthouses in particular, those in the best positions overlooking the lake and the golf course, and those looking over the swimming pool will undoubtedly sell fast. The villas are expected to sell fast too, being of a good size and at a good price, and of course being in such a good location.

Our Personal Opinion
- The Jardin-style apartments are particularly low priced, are exceptionally affordable, and those in the best positions at the top of the Resort overlooking the communal gardens and swimming pools may have further views of the lakes and the golf course beyond, so these will undoubtedly sell fast. They are to be surrounded by lush vegetation and are on slightly higher ground. They have an open and airy feel due to the large communal gardens. 


- The penthouses are ALL front line, ALL face south west and will have far reaching, fantastic views over the lakes, the hills, the ‘Signature’ golf course and into the Condado itself, so these are particularly popular. One point to note though as that there are some ground floor penthouses here! This is Spain after-all!  


- The villas again are well priced and come with a high specification, are these are placed along the far north of the Resort so from their roof top terraces the views of the best located villas could well be stunning! - It is planned that the Resort will have a wide choice of leisure pursuits available, the breadth of café bars and restaurants and the choice of no less than 3 Jack Nicklaus golf courses on-site mean that here should be something for everyone here. Add into the value for money quotient all the things that Polaris World builds in to their Resorts and these properties become tremendous value for money… and they will sell fast!

Location and communications
• Located inland in the region of Murcia, with a mountain backdrop.
• Los Naranjos de Alhama is about 10 to 15 minutes inland from the beaches of Mazarron (for information on Mazarron beaches click on the highlighted text).
• Close to the Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia.
• Close to the Sierra Espuna Nature Reserve.
• San Javier (Murcia) airport 25 minutes drive.
• Alicante airport 45 minutes drive.

Café bars and restaurants
• At the centre of Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort is planned to be the town centre ‘El Agora’, a town centre for the exclusive use of residents and their guests of Los Naranjos de Alhama. Plans include numerous café bars and restaurants, its own sports zone and its own Club House.
• At the centre of the Condado de Alhama is planned to be the Oasis, built in a Hispano-Arabic style. It has been designed as the largest sports and commercial complex in the whole Murcia region of Spain. So it will be massive! It is neither a typical town centre nor a traditional shopping centre, but an island of wide streets and spacious squares covering 100,000 square meters. It aims to evoke a bustling Arabic quarter with its palm trees and shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, offices and other services to be found here. At one end of the island is an independent island that houses the Banos de Alhama thermal baths, with their hot and cold indoor and outdoor pools, spa and sauna covering 7,000 square meters. At the centre of Condado de Alhama is the huge lake. A sheet of water covering 200,000 square meters, and beyond that the brilliant green of the golf courses. The water from the lake is channelled through the streets of the town centre to form ponds and fountains, and small piers jut out into the lake.
• Outside of the Polaris World Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort are numerous other Resorts of the Condado de Alhama ‘Super Resort’, so countless leisure and sporting activities are planned to be here, very close by. This is a true ‘Super Resort’, the very first in this part of Spain.
• The seaside town of Mazarron is just 10 to 15 minutes drive away with all of its typically Spanish cafés, bars, restaurants and shops.
• The Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia is very close by for a traditional inland and unrushed experience.
• As an owner of a Polaris World property, homeowners become members of the Polaris Club, allowing access to all Polaris World Resorts facilities, be they shops, hotels, sports, spas or golf. 

Golf
• 3 Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf courses planned to be on site. Not just one but two ‘Bears Best’ courses and the third course being a ‘Signature’ course.
• As an owner of a Polaris World property, homeowners become members of the Polaris Club, allowing access to all Polaris World Resorts facilities, be they shops, hotels, sports, spas or golf. Of  note is the Nicklaus Golf Trail, the 9 golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, all of which are within Polaris World Resorts, 3 are here on site and all are within a 25 kilometre radius.
• Close by are other non-Polaris World courses, in total there are approaching 20 golf courses within a 25 kilometre radius!

Beach
• The gently shelving, safe and sandy beaches of Mazarron are just about 10 to 15 minutes drive away (for more information click on the highlighted text).
