Section 1 - Builders and Developers who have genuinely sold their other properties at the same location at a higher price and are offering real bargains to sell off the last remaining few properties that are currently un-sold (discounts are real and can be sizeable, often in the 10% to 30% region).
Section 2 - Bank repossessions where the mortgage has not been paid so the bank has repossessed the property. The bank will need a quick turnaround so real sizeable savings are available. Many properties have never been used, so many are in effect 'new' properties.
Section 3 - One-Off 'Resales' Specials priced so low to sell "today" - not a general list of 'Resales' where the owner has dropped the price today but out-and-out specials priced at a fraction of the original price to sell... today!
