But perhaps they simply did not understand our principles, especially since we keep advancing and enhancing them. Perhaps it simply does not fit into their bigger picture that a small company which simply helps buyers buy the property of their dreams can be so successful. But spanish home 4u doesn’t simply help buyers buy. We are more. Much more. And we are different.

The spanish home 4u principle is about a company that knows that size is not everything. It’s about a company that goes its own way. With developers and house builders it’s about building relationships with them rather than demanding the biggest rates of commission from them. With clients it’s about not selling to them. With our Solicitors it’s about empowering them to stop our promoting a new development if there are ever any doubts whatsoever about the integrity of a project. With our after sales service it’s about being there for our clients – always – and not charging one penny extra for it. With our entire business base it’s because we are 100% committed to Spain and our being a constant reminder to others that we are succeeding even in a recession, and when others are not achieving sales we are attracting buyers wanting to buy.

The spanish home 4u principles are a matter of our own standards. Faith in our own virtues. We have very definite ideas on how to succeed. The properties that we sell are not just any property; they must meet our own standards and pass the ‘would we ourselves live there?’ test. Properties must comply with the high demands that we make. What counts are quality, environmental impact, safety, legality, value for money, style and integrity. We demand a lot of our property developers and builders. Because we demand a lot of ourselves. And we believe in partnership. Yes ‘partnership’ is a favoured marketing catchphrase, but it runs through our business like the resort name in a stick of beachfront candy rock. Yet our principles extend far beyond these. Our principles are about responsibility. To our customers, to the developers and builders. And to ourselves. We never forget our origins and we concentrate on what we do best. We don't 'sell' anything, nothing at all - what we do is we facilitate buyers buying their very own ‘Place in the Sun’. And that is different.
