A new development from Polaris World and a whole new concept for them as this is a radical departure from their business model thus far. This development is much more typical of Spanish developments aimed at Spanish property buyers, as the apartments and penthouses are larger than those aimed at the northern European holiday home buyer. The Spanish property buyer is much less interested in location and views and more interested in how much property they get for their money. Arguably this is possibly the best of all worlds – a larger Polaris World property for less money but many of the attractions of a Polaris World Resort within walking distance, including front line golf views and the beaches within a 5 minute drive!

Our Personal Opinion
These properties are aimed squarely at the first time buyer who is more interested in how large a property their money will buy and less interested in the views and location, yet even so some apartments and penthouses here have front line golf views over the 9th tee, fairway and hole. And many of the attractions of a premier Polaris World Resort are just behind the apartments and within easy walking distance including the 5-Star Intercontinental Hotel and the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The beautiful Mar Menor Sea is a short drive away as is the Murcia (San-Javier) airport.

Location and Communications
• 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.
• 10 minutes from Murcia (San-Javier) airport and Alicante airport is 55 minutes drive. The new Corvera airport will be 25 minutes drive away.
• 3 minutes drive from the main north-south coastal motorway the AP7.
• 10 minutes drive from the Spanish town of Torre Pacheco.
• 10 minutes drive from the ‘buzz’ of the holiday favourite Los Alcazares.
