Residencial La Goleta is a new development from Polaris World and a whole new concept for them as this is a radical departure from their usual business model thus far. The norm for Polaris World is to build luxurious properties within a secure and gated perimeter in the style of an all inclusive ‘Resort’ centred on a Jack Nicklaus golf course. Polaris World Residencial La Goleta is however radically different, as it is a small development of apartments outside of but backing on to one of their Golf Resorts, in this case the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort. This development is much more typical of Spanish developments aimed at Spanish property buyers, as the apartments and penthouses are larger than those aimed at the northern European holiday home buyer. The Spanish property buyer is much less interested in location and views and more interested in how much property they get for their money. Arguably this is possibly the best of all worlds – a larger Polaris World property for less money but many of the attractions of a Polaris World Resort within walking distance, including front line golf views and the beaches within a 5 minute drive!

Our Personal Opinion
Polaris World Residencial La Goleta properties are aimed squarely at the buyer who is more interested in how large a property their money will buy and less interested in the views and location, yet even so some apartments and penthouses here have front line golf views over the 9th tee, fairway and 9th hole, and ALL are close to the beach. And many of the attractions of the premier Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort are just behind the apartments and within easy walking distance including the 5-Star Intercontinental Hotel and the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The beautiful Mar Menor Sea is a short drive away as is the Murcia (San-Javier) airport.

Location and Communications
