There is no shortage of golf properties for sale in this part of Spain.

This region of Spain has seen a proliferation of golf courses open over the last 5 to 10 years each with ever better and better facilities. There are courses by the coast with sea views and courses inland with mountain views. The class of properties surrounding the courses has improved, and the facilities available to the property owners on the golf courses have improved greatly over the years.

Nowadays it is almost de rigueur to provide golf course property owners with 5-Star resources on-site, often (but not always) an up-market hotel and Spa, numerous restaurants, not just a golf club bar but say Spanish Tapas or Italian restaurants and an upmarket club house not just for the members of the golf club but for all residents and their guests to use (this is why many non golf players buy on golf courses – the facilities are excellent).

Properties range from just €89,000 from apartments to townhouses to villas, surrounding tiny 9 hole courses up to 18 hole championship courses. Even if you do not play golf living on a golf course has a great deal to offer, with a much valued by-product being on the newer developments on-site 24 hour security with control on access to visitors.
