We do not ‘hard sell’. No-one but no-one here will sell you a house. You can buy one, and we will be delighted to facilitate your purchase, but you will not be sold one by us.
We enjoy marvellous lives here in Spain. We are resident here. Our families are here. Our wives work here. Our children go to School here. This is our Home. Spain holds a special place in our hearts. We would like to share that feeling with you.
We don’t pay lip service to the catchphrase of ‘Customer Service’. We believe 100% in outstanding customer service. And not just putting a corporate face to customer service, where in reality the client is still just a book keeping entry in the business sales ledger, no, we believe in a highly personalised level of customer service at spanish home 4 u.
Honesty. You might think that is to be expected - which it is - but we all know that it is not always delivered! We have ourselves heard out right lies from some other Estate Agents' salesmen who are appear to be ‘hunting’ for the sales commission. Examples are that there are “no mosquitoes there as they exterminate them” in rural inland Spain where there are mosquitoes; to “you can rent it out for 25, 26 weeks a year no problem, with no advertising, just word of mouth, for £500 a week” on a development of thousands and thousands of look-alike rental apartments where most are trying to rent out their properties to a small pot of would be rental clients, to the most ludicrous of all “put your deposit down, pay up to the 40% level and then apply for a 100% mortgage, using the ‘spare’ 40% to go out and buy another property”.
We are Independent. No builder or developer pays us to show you their properties. And we will show you those properties that pay us just 1/5th of the commission that other builders/developers pay. We are not tied to any particular builder or developer, we are genuinely independent. If you want to see only the properties that pay the most commission to the estate agent then we thank you for considering us, but spanish home 4 u is not for you, we are entirely independent.
