All particulars on the properties that are for sale have been prepared in the utmost good faith on our part to give a fair overall view of the properties. All information has been sourced from the property owner(s) themselves and we have done our best to ensure it is accurate.
• We take 'real photos'. Wherever possible we use our own photographs rather than rely upon developers artists impressions. But things do change over time so pictures may not always be entirely up to date. With regards to fittings and furnishings some sellers sell with furniture and fittings included and some do not, so please do not assume that any contents shown in any photograph are included in the sales price unless they appear in the sales details/contract.
• We try hard, very hard, to only market good quality properties so we always look out for potential problems with properties and if we see any then we will not offer that property for sale. We recommend that you use your own common sense, just as you would do with any property purchase, and have a good structural condition survey conducted and check that any services or equipment are in good working order before you complete the purchase. Your Spanish lawyer should be able to advise on this.
• Many, if not most buyers buy 'off-plan' so we have to trust the honesty of the builder and developer on brand new projects and use their artists impressions brochures, but the images will be an example of what is available from them and at what price. Specific properties within their development/urbanisation/Resort will have different orientations and may have differing specifications etc., allowing you a choice of what is available to purchase.
• The prices on all properties are correct at the time that they were loaded on to the web site but may be subject to change as the seller reacts to changing market conditions. The web site is regularly updated as it is in everyones interest to keep the prices current.
