If you can give us an extensive and detailed specification of what you want, the property, area, lifestyle etc., that you require, we will do our best and go out to find it for you on a Personal Property Shop. The more details you can give us the higher the chances of success.

The fees are 500 Euros per day plus IVA (Spanish VAT) at 16 per cent, making 580 Euros per day. We will agree with you the number of days the search is to last for. We would then furnish you with our results by E-mail and arrange a tailored timetable for the individual property viewings, or in the case of new builds with specific timed appointments with the builders. Of course we would still pick you up from the airport, book you into a hotel and accompany you to dinner as usual, and the itinerary would be tailored to you and to your schedule.
