This is a new innovation in Spain, is certainly not available from most estate agents in Spain, and we are delighted to be in the forefront of making this available to spanish home 4u clients! We believe we were the first to bring this initiative to the market!

But such a programme is not 'rocket science', and hence if you were wondering why some other Spanish estate agents might not be offering this service the answer might be in the way they operate, by taking all prospective purchasers to the one hotel where they all eat and all sleep, only to be surrounded by salesmen, and the salesmen of course are paid to … sell! So if on the contrary prospective purchasers are left alone somewhere else they might not buy! We on the other hand are not in the property business, we are in the people business, and we do not sell … it is you who buys! There is a big difference!

The way it works is simple. You pay a rental rate for the time (days, weeks or maybe even months) that you are in the property. If you buy that property the developer/builder/owner refunds the money you have paid. It’s that simple!

‘Try before you Buy’ properties range from €100,000 up to €1 million so suiting most budgets.
