Ribera Beach Mar de Cristal is a small development of blocks of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses within 600 meters flat walking distance of the fabulous Mar de Cristal beach at the southern end of the beautiful Mar Menor Sea. The apartments are built in blocks having 4 floors that are modern in design and all face in to the communal swimming pool, the usual practice for apartments along the shores of the Mar Menor.

Our Personal Opinion
Ribera Beach Mar de Cristal is well designed and keenly priced, of good quality and surrounded by beautiful beaches, within a few minutes drive of the protected ‘Parque Natural Calblanque’ and the huge ‘La Manga Club Resort’ and also of  ‘Cabo de Palos’. This is a superbly situated development, on the edge of an existing urbanisation. Ribera Beach Mar de Cristal properties make good holiday homes and are especially suitable for family holidays on the beach. Everything that ones needs is close at hand.

Location and communications
• Very easy to find, located along the southern end of the beautiful Mar Menor, just a few minutes drive off of the AP7 main north-south motorway.
• 20 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport.
• The bustling La Manga Strip is a few minutes drive away (for more information click on the highlighted text).
• The exclusive La Manga Club Resort is a few minutes drive away.

The developer advises that 60% of buyers are British and 40% are Spanish (this area is a favourite with wealthy Spaniards as a holiday home).
