Our Personal Opinion
Well designed and keenly priced, of good quality and surrounded by beautiful beaches, within a few minutes drive of the protected ‘Parque Natural Calblanque’ and the huge ‘La Manga Club’ and also of  ‘Cabo de Palos’, this is a superbly situated development, on the edge of an existing urbanisation. These will make good holiday homes and are especially suitable for family holidays on the beach. Everything that ones needs is close at hand.

Location and communications
• Very easy to find, located along the southern end of the beautiful Mar Menor, just a few minutes drive off of the AP7 main north-south motorway.
• 20 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport.
• The bustling La Manga Strip is a few minutes drive away.
• The exclusive La Manga Club is a few minutes drive away.
• The city of Cartagena is 10 minutes drive away.

Developer
PEINSA have over 30 years experience of building properties in Spain, and have a number of prestigious developments in this region of Spain. They have an on-site after sales office and their impressive head office is located nearby in San Javier. They are well respected with a good name and reputation.
