We anticipate that you are careful and rational in your decision making when it comes to buying a property in Spain. But we do not expect you to ‘study’ for the task and narrow your choice down to just a few properties.  This is because, unlike so many of our contemporaries, we do not start off the VIP Discovery Tour looking at properties, we start off showing you the areas. There is no point in falling in love with “the villa with the palm trees in the garden” if you do not like the area itself!  This web site is growing f-a-s-t with over 40 complexes and over 3,500 properties for sale. By no means are they all listed yet, and with one developer in particular updating their price list twice a day things change fast here in Spain!

- All properties are in price order and can be accessed at the top of the right menu on the home page under 'Search All Properties'.

- 'Properties of the Month' are listed on the home page in the right menu.

- For more details on any particular property click on the photograph of the property and a new page will open devoted to that particular property. 

- Special 'One-Off' offers from the developers/builders are highlighted on our home page in the right column under 'Todays Bargains!' 

- If you like a particular Resort or Development you can search for properties in just that one location by clicking on the 'View These Properties' button on that page.
