Introduction
Firstly, and most importantly, if you are not a golfer do not be put off by the  term ‘Golf Suites’, as these are NOT suites just for golfers! Yes they are suites and many of them are front line to the golf course, with a clear and uninterrupted view over the lake to the golf course, so if you are not into golf then the view over the lake onto the lush greens beyond just look upon as an added bonus. But if you ARE a golfer then these might be exactly what you are looking for!

The Golf Suites de Alhama are a group of just 246 apartments of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. They are situated in a privileged position next to the lake overlooking the principle Jack Nicklaus ‘Signature’ golf course. They are at a ridiculously low price, are exceptionally affordable, and those in the best positions (overlooking the lake and the golf course, and those looking over the swimming pool) will undoubtedly sell fast, so if you are interested in one of these please do not hesitate!

The choice of leisure pursuits available, the breadth of café bars and restaurants and the choice of no less than 3 Jack Nicklaus golf courses on-site mean that here should be something for everyone here. These apartments must be the least expensive anywhere in this part of Spain. Add into the value for money quotient all the things that Polaris World builds in to their Resorts and these properties become unbeatable value for money… and they will sell fast!

Location and communications
• Located inland in the region of Murcia, with a backdrop of mountains.
• About 10 to 15 minutes inland from the beaches of Mazarron (for information on Mazarron please select the item Mazarron under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’ in the left menu).
• Close to the Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia.
• Close to the Sierra Espuna Nature Reserve.
• San Javier (Murcia) airport 25 minutes drive.
• Alicante airport 45 minutes drive.
• The new Corvera airport, due to open in 2010 will be 20 minutes drive away.

Not on the Polaris World price list. However the ground floor apartments might be suitable. Although they are a little small they are very open-plan and hence may be suitable in some circumstances.

Value for money? 
Absolutely!  Where else can one buy front-line golf on a ‘Super Resort’ with so many leisure, sporting and dining choices with a backdrop of mountains and yet still close enough to the sea? Undoubtedly these properties will be used as holiday homes.

Yes. Very secure with 24 hour 7 days a week manned security access.

Building site or finished development?
The launch of this development was in January 2008, so work is in the early stages, and no work has yet begun on the Golf Suites. But there were 2,500 workmen on site from 400 sub contractors, and in the height of the building works 6,000 workmen will be on site. That is a lot of input, but hopefully it will mean that completion will be on time, that most (if not all) properties will be completed roughly at the same time, and that the workmen will then en-mass move off site.

Show apartments
No Golf Suite show apartments yet, but there are other show apartments on site to view, so one can see the quality of workmanship and overall finish.

Café bars and restaurants
• At the centre of Condado de Alhama is the central town centre, the Oasis, built in a Hispano-Arabic style. It has been designed as the largest sports and commercial complex in the Murcia region of Spain. So it will be massive! It is neither a typical town centre nor a traditional shopping centre, but an island of wide streets and spacious squares covering 100,000 square meters. It aims to evoke a bustling Arabic quarter with its palm trees and shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, offices and other services to be found here. At one end of the island is an independent island that houses the Banos de Alhama thermal baths, with their hot and cold indoor and outdoor pools, spa and sauna covering 7,000 square meters. 
• Also at the centre of Condado de Alhama is the huge lake. A sheet of water covering 200,000 square meters, and beyond that the brilliant green of the golf courses. The lakes water is channelled through the streets of the town centre to form ponds and fountains, and small piers jut out into the lake.
• Outside of the Golf Suites development are the numerous other Resorts of the much larger Condado de Alhama ‘Super Resort’, so countless leisure and sporting activities will be here, very close by. This is a true ‘Super Resort’, the very first in this part of Spain.
• The seaside town of Mazarron is just 10 to 15 minutes drive away with all of its typically Spanish cafés, bars, restaurants and shops.
• The Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia is very close by for a traditional inland and unrushed experience.
• As an owner of a Polaris World property, homeowners become members of the Polaris Club, allowing access to all Polaris World Resorts facilities, be they shops, hotels, sports, spas or golf. 

Golf
• 3 Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf courses on site. Not just one but two ‘Bears Best’ courses and the third course being a ‘Signature’ course.
• As an owner of a Polaris World property, homeowners become members of the Polaris Club, allowing access to all Polaris World Resorts facilities, be they shops, hotels, sports, spas or golf. Of  note is the Nicklaus Golf Trail, the 9 golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, all of which are within Polaris World Resorts, 3 are here on site and all are within a 25 kilometre radius.
• Close by are other non-Polaris World courses, in total there are approaching 20 golf courses within a 25 kilometre radius!

Beach
• The gently shelving, safe and sandy beaches of Mazarron are just about 10 to 15 minutes drive away (for information on Mazarron please select the item ‘Mazarron’ under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’ in the left menu).
• The nearest Mar Menor beach is around 25 to 30 minutes drive away (for more information select the item ‘Mar Menor and La Manga’ under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’ in the left menu). But maybe the best bit is in the next paragraph!

Polaris Beach Club
Polaris World are going to build a fabulous Beach Club right at the very tip of the magnificent La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. This fabulous Beach Club will become available to all owners (and their guests) from ALL Polaris World Resorts, and a Polaris World Shuttle Bus will take them there! Hence owning a Polaris World property automatically becomes a ‘Golf AND Beach’ property prospect. Polaris Rental Club
Polaris World spends millions on TV advertising (€18 million budget for 2008). They are creating the interest. If you buy a Polaris World property and wish to rent it out then tap into the interest that the advertising campaign is creating. To assist you further Polaris World have now launched ‘Vacaciones Polaris World’. They have created a glossy 74 page heavyweight brochure, a DVD, a price structure and lots of ideas, so why not let them try to fill your property with paying guests!
